college about pageI received an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. I worked as a lawyer in a large New York City firm for many years, as well as spending several years as a professional musician. My background includes serving as an alumni interviewer for Princeton University, as a remote editor with Breakthrough NY, helping low-income students with boarding school applications, and as a parent volunteer in the Mamaroneck High School College Information Center.  I bring the skills I developed as a lawyer, including writing, editing, research and client advocacy, to the college application process, as well as the empathy and understanding I have gained as the mother of three children who have attended Ivy League schools. The numerous students I have worked with have generally been accepted at their first choice schools and moreover, I believe that they and their families have found the application process to be less stressful and chaotic because of my assistance.
